National Hobby Month

Did you know that January is National Hobby Month?

Hobbies are an important part of a healthy life. They can reduce stress and anxiety; refresh the mind, body, and spirit; promote social interaction, self-esteem, and sense of purpose; inspire creativity and learning, improve memory, and more. In short, they are fun and make you a happier person.

Celebrating National Hobby Month is easy. Simply make some time to engage in one or two of your hobbies and enjoy. And by doing so, you will also be celebrating Get a Balanced Life Month, Creativity Month, Celebration of Life Month, and maybe in Brainteaser Month (if these are included in your hobbies), all of which are January.
