Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Irving Goodman Aging Lecture and the Taste of OLLI open house on Wednesday. Thank you to our guest speaker, Dr. Pamela Teaster. We hope to be able to actually bring her to campus later this year. Thank you to our volunteers who helped decorate for the open house and greet guests and future members. We welcomed several new members to OLLI on Wednesday afternoon.

And a big Thank You to Sonja Jewell Kelley for her service and support of OLLI. Although she is moving on to new adventures with the WVU Idea Hub, she has promised to keep in touch! In fact, yesterday, Sonja became our newest member, signed up for a class this fall, and offered to volunteer when she can. Personally, I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done to help me settle in over the last year. Although Sonja will still be around occasionally, her day-to-day presence will be missed!
